Production Planner at the Swedish Armed Forces

We are looking for a production planner who will primarily coordinate logistics with material registration and follow-up within the Technical Surveillance (TB) department of the Swedish Armed Forces. The position belongs to the TB department, which is organizationally placed at the Systems Unit within the Armed Forces' Telecommunications and Information Systems Command (FMTIS) and works with assignments from the Defense Staff. The assignments are carried out in the development phase, installation phase, production phase, and central system support.

Main Responsibilities

The work mainly consists of:

  • Registering and managing the TB department's produced materials in the Armed Forces' support systems (LIFT, etc.)
  • Planning, supporting, and reporting production for the department within the assignments in material production for Technical Surveillance
  • Being involved in the department's administration, follow-up, and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and current experience of material and logistics management in the Armed Forces' support system LIFT
  • Approved relevant high school education or equivalent competence/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent
  • Good experience of administrative work and the ability to organize and structure your own work
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Good skills in expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
  • Driving license B (manual transmission)

MERITORIOUS

  • Experience with the Armed Forces' command support systems
  • Experience in information security and security service
  • Experience in reporting classified information
  • Documented experience in logistics
  • Familiarity with quality and work environment work

Other

Employment form: Civil permanent employment. The Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those who are not employed by the authority. Employment rate: Full-time. Work location: Enköping. Business trips may occur. Start date: As soon as possible.
