We at Attendo are now looking for a care assistant to Attendo in Älvsjö. Our office is located near Älvsjö station where we meet all colleagues in the morning and then head out to our elderly to brighten their everyday lives.
About the role
As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enhance the everyday life of our elderly.
Your tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the organization’s routines based on the customer’s individual needs and wishes
Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. as needed
Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Care assistant education of at least 1350 points.
Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer familiarity
Driver's license B
Meritorious:
Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience in delegation.
