Your Future Challenge

BAE Systems Hägglunds is in an expansion phase due to several new billion-dollar contracts. To meet the high demand, we need to strengthen the painting department under the Prototype and Hull unit with a Team Leader. Within the department, we are responsible for painting/coating our military vehicles.

In the role of Team Leader, you will be the extension of the group manager. You will be responsible for personnel management, planning, follow-up, and business development.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and distribute the group's work
• Follow-up
• Create a good working environment
• Promote sustainable workload
• Competence planning
• Development/improvement work.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar leadership role within the industry. Good knowledge of painting/coating is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you should have good knowledge of the Office suite. Experience with systems such as SAP is a plus.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.

You are a person who listens to and understands others to meet their individual needs. You take responsibility for others and naturally take the lead. You have good collaboration and communication skills. You create processes that improve efficiency. You are a role model when it comes to following processes, rules, and codes of conduct.
