The OSTP group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of welded stainless steel pipes and fittings, with production in Sweden and Finland. The OSTP group has about 500 employees. In Örnsköldsvik, about 150 people work across two factories. Örnsköldsvik plays a key role within the group with the market's broadest product range of stainless steel fittings.

Job Responsibilities

As a CNC operator/programmer at OSTP, you will work with machining advanced tooling and machine parts, as well as programming CNC-controlled machines. You will actively contribute to development and improvements in both technology and work processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Collaborating with design to improve the work environment, increase productivity and quality, and reduce lead times
• Working with clamping techniques and handling heavy workpieces
• Mastering programming in Siemens and Heidenhain control systems
• Performing advanced parameter programming

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with CNC operator training or a corresponding mechanical engineering background. You are experienced in programming with Siemens and Heidenhain control systems and have experience with advanced parameter programming. Knowledge of technical drawing and mathematics is a plus.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience, but we also welcome junior candidates with the right educational background and a strong desire to develop in the profession.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You enjoy taking responsibility, work well independently, but are also a team player who sees the value in collaboration.
