Since 2018, they have been part of the SAAB group. Customers are located worldwide, and the boats are characterized by the highest quality and the latest technology. Dockstavarvet handles everything from design, construction, and production to commissioning, delivery, and after-sales service. They are currently in an expansive phase with a good order intake and many exciting projects. The head office and production facility are located in Docksta, Kramfors municipality, in the scenic High Coast, near Örnsköldsvik, Kramfors, and Härnösand.

Your tasks

As a welder at Dockstavarvet, you will primarily work with aluminum welding. The role also involves various types of preparatory work, such as cutting, grinding, and other processes that ensure high quality in the ongoing production work.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in aluminum welding and a good understanding of reading technical drawings. Above all, we value your curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to continue developing in your profession. In your application, we would like you to describe which welding methods and materials you have worked with. Please also indicate if you have, or have previously held, relevant licenses. Do you have a crane or forklift license, hot work certificate, or other qualifying credentials? Be sure to include this in your application. For us, your personality is just as important as your technical skills. We are looking for a positive and responsible person with self-drive. You need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also collaborate well with colleagues.

Additional information

This position means that you will be employed by Konsultia but will spend your working days at our client’s site. The working hours are full-time and during the day.

A valid driver's license (B) is a prerequisite for working as a consultant with us.
