As an assembler, you will work with practical tasks related to assembly and manufacturing based on clear work instructions. The work may involve both fine motor skills and more hands-on tasks. Depending on which department suits you and your skills, the work may vary, meaning you could work with both simpler tasks and more detailed assignments. The tasks may include: 

• Assembly of various components and details according to given instructions
• Control, measurement, and handling of materials
• Electronics assembly and cable routing
• Sub-tasks within automation

We are looking for someone who is motivated by practical work and thrives in a well-organized industrial environment. Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or workshop work is an advantage and seen as a good foundation for the job. The most important thing is that you:

• Take initiative and learn new tasks quickly
• Thrive both in collaboration and when working independently
• Contribute a positive attitude to the workgroup

If you have knowledge or experience in electricity or electronics, it is an advantage, as some departments work more technically and require an understanding of electrical diagrams or component handling. If you have a soldering certificate or knowledge of soldering at a hobby level, that is also an advantage.
