Polarbröd is investing for the future and has made significant investments over the past year to maximize production capacity at the bakery in Bredbyn.

We are developing technology, processes, and working methods so that more people can enjoy our delicious bread. We are now looking for process operators for summer temporary positions in Bredbyn.

As a summer temporary process operator, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the various processes along the production line and performing ongoing maintenance. You will set up and adjust machines, conveyor systems, and monitor the flow along the line. You are responsible for ensuring that the products produced are of good quality. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-driven, responsible, and able to collaborate well. Continuous improvement is a guiding principle.

The position is full-time and you will work shifts, including both night and day shifts in a rotating schedule.

To work as a process operator at Polarbröd, you must be at least 18 years old, and we prefer that you have a technical education at least at the high school level (preferably within technology programs, electrical & automation, industrial programs, process technician/process operator or equivalent) or technical experience from another equivalent industry. Technical education or equivalent experience is an advantage, but not a requirement for the position.

Your commitment and ability to independently use digital tools in your work are prerequisites for us to deliver the best possible quality together.

It is an advantage if you are willing to work during both holiday periods, that is, weeks 25-32. If you have not worked with us before, we view positively if you have the opportunity to start the employment earlier than week 25. We have very limited ability to grant vacation substitutes time off during the holiday periods.

Conditions: Salary according to the applicable collective agreement
