The Role of Process Operator

As a process operator, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the production of asphalt and the daily operations of the asphalt plant. This means that you will also handle sampling and quality monitoring of both incoming materials and finished asphalt on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for ordering bitumen and pellets, etc. Wheel loader operation and repair and maintenance work occur daily.

We prefer that you have experience with similar tasks, preferably from an asphalt or concrete plant. To succeed in the job, you must have some computer skills and be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license for wheel loaders, welding, and repair skills. As a person, you are service-oriented, organized, conscientious, independent, and proactive. You understand the importance of building good relationships both internally and externally. You are flexible and somewhat stress-resistant. The position is a permanent full-time employment. Overtime and irregular working hours may occur. A probationary period will be applied. Placement in Sundsvall. A B driver's license is required. We apply background checks before employment.
