We are looking for a production worker for our powder coating facility, where the work is characterized by quality, structure, and clear working methods.

For us, powder coating is an important part of the production flow and a crucial factor for both the function and quality of our products. We are looking for someone who is confident in their work, meticulous in their tasks, and wants to be an important part of a team where collaboration and shared responsibility are prioritized.

The work is done in two shifts, where one week you work Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00, and the other week Monday to Thursday from 14:45 to 23:45, with Friday as a day off.

About the position

The work is practical and takes place in a modern production environment where safety, quality, and delivery according to production planning are a natural part of everyday life.

In the role, you will primarily work with:

• Masking, hanging, and taking down details before and after powder coating
• Handling and interim storage of materials according to established routines
• Powder coating according to the schedule and given specifications
• Control and assessment of surface finish and quality
• Reporting in the business system and documenting deviations
• Basic maintenance and supervision of equipment
• Working according to established routines for work environment, safety, and quality

The work is partially physical and requires you to work methodically and with good precision.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in industrial coating, powder coating, or similar work within the manufacturing industry.
• Works carefully and with quality awareness and takes responsibility for your tasks.
• Enjoys practical work in a production environment.
• Collaborates well and contributes to a respectful and safe work climate.
• Can communicate in Swedish or English, both verbally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you have a forklift license and/or overhead crane license.

Requirements

• Experience from manufacturing industry or similar practical work
• Ability to work according to instructions and established routines
• Swedish or English in speech and writing.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work practically and partially physically
• Attention to detail and quality thinking
• Ability to collaborate in a team

Meritorious

• Experience in powder coating or industrial coating
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Experience in surface finish/quality control work
• Experience working in a regulated production environment
• Familiarity with business systems/production systems
