The Senior Kitchen

Job Description

You will work according to a rotating schedule between 07:00 and 16:00, including weekends and holidays, as part of a team of several chefs and meal assistants. Together, you will be responsible for preparing approximately 900 servings of lunch, dinner, and dessert each day – always with care and quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation of traditional Swedish home cooking and texture-adapted meals as well as special diets according to the menu.
• Digital management of meal orders, purchases, and self-control.
• Dishwashing and other common tasks in a large kitchen.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a culinary education, special diet training, and food hygiene training. You should be computer literate and able to handle email and basic Microsoft 365 programs. The job requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We prefer candidates with training in texture-adapted meals. It is an advantage if you have several years of documented experience in the culinary profession, preferably in large kitchens. If you have previously worked with a meal ordering system such as Mashie or Matilda, that is a significant advantage.

You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have a genuine interest in cooking that makes a difference. You plan and organize your work efficiently and have an easy time collaborating with others. You are attentive to our guests' needs and contribute to a positive work environment.
