The Experience Administration is responsible for cultural, sports, and leisure issues in Enköping and has about 130 employees with great expertise in two operational areas and a management team. We are in an expansive phase with renovations and development of the cultural house Joar and a new recreation center with a sports hall at Lillsidan & Bredsands camping, which will be your workplace this summer.

Do you want a varied job where you meet people from near and far? We are now looking for a service-oriented employee who wants to work with both reception and cleaning as well as outdoor environments in an operation that is open year-round.

You will work on a rotating schedule during the day, evening, and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks

In the reception, you will greet our customers for check-in & check-out in our booking system, answer questions from bathers and camping guests, and sell camping equipment and beach accessories. A good customer service approach and problem-solving skills are required in the reception.

In our cleaning department, we perform cleaning of service houses and cabins, as well as hostels. In cleaning, you need to be quick & thorough, and have a good customer service approach.

In our outdoor environment, we make it pleasant not only for our camping guests but also for our beach guests; we ensure that the area is nice and inviting. Here you need to be meticulous, have a good customer service approach, and enjoy working outdoors. If necessary, you may also need to travel to our outdoor baths for various inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• Experience in reception work
• Good computer skills and easy to learn new systems
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Driver's license for manual car, merit for being able to drive a trailer

Meritorious

• Experience in cleaning
