We are now looking for a passionate and driven lead cold kitchen chef for our restaurant at Cytiva.

About the role:

As a lead cold kitchen chef, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering exceptional orders that meet both our high-quality standards and sustainability goals. You play a key role in ensuring that all events are a gastronomic success.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing catering and café orders.
• Collaborating with the head chef and the rest of the team to develop the offerings and special events.
• Responsible for strategic resource planning and management to reduce waste and optimize the use of raw materials through daily reconciliation.
• Coordinating operational work around the cold kitchen and catering services, as well as managing orders and deliveries of goods.
• Maintaining good communication with customers and the team to ensure everything is carried out according to agreements.
• Working according to HACCP standards and contributing to keeping the kitchen in good order.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in leadership, orders, and catering within larger operations.
• Is a creative and dedicated problem solver with a strong focus on sustainability and quality, with knowledge of traditional and modern cooking.
• Has organizational skills and is comfortable leading and coordinating teams together with the head chef and sous chef.
• Possesses good communication skills and can work well with different teams.
• Is driven and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with sharp focus.
• Has relevant knowledge to manage our systems.

About the position:

This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period. The work is full-time, 100% daytime.
