Habo parish consists of three congregations – Habo, Gustav Adolf, and Brandstorp. During the summer, many tourists visit Habo and thousands of people visit Habo Church.

Working in the Road Church involves among other things:

• serving, brewing coffee, baking, making waffles, preparing sandwiches, and handling cash.
• leading tours in Habo Church.
• preparing and leading a simple service in the church a couple of times a week.
• making purchases and cleaning the Road Church's premises.

You will be employed on an hourly basis and will work both evenings and weekends. You will work approximately 32-35 hours a week for 7.5 weeks.

We are looking for someone who:

• is over 18 years old.
• is interested in culture and history.
• communicates fluently in Swedish and English, preferably with knowledge of additional languages.
• is outgoing and service-oriented.
• is a member of the Church of Sweden and shares its values.

It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license.

The job requires you to enjoy speaking in front of people. We offer you a versatile job with many encounters with different people.

Time period: June 15 – August 5. The first week is an introductory week. We prefer that you work the entire period.

Salary type: Hourly wage

Salary according to the Church of Sweden's agreement.
