About the role

As a Team Leader/Head Waiter in the dining room, you have a key role in both guest experience and daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that service, staffing, and flow work seamlessly – from welcoming and seating guests to closing after dinner.

You lead and support the service team in their daily work, act as a natural contact between the dining room, kitchen, and reception, and ensure that our high standards for quality, hospitality, and details are met. The role is operational and present, where you participate in the service while creating structure, security, and pace within the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in serving, preferably in a leadership role in a restaurant environment
• Is confident, clear, and inspiring in your leadership
• Has a good overall perspective and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Is passionate about service, hospitality, and details
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Has a driver's license and access to a car (due to our nature-close location)

About the employment

Employment type: Permanent

Start date: By agreement, preferably immediately

Working hours: Varying day and evening shifts, as well as work every third weekend

• Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
