About the Job

Bryggan café & bistro is looking for a passionate chef who wants to be part of our team and contribute to providing our guests with fantastic culinary experiences. As an important part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, participating in the development of our menus, and ensuring that each plate meets the highest standards – both in taste and presentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our routines, methods, and set goals.

• Be responsible for daily mise en place for à la carte, events, and dinner service.

We are looking for someone who is:

This position is a permanent employment starting by agreement. The work involves varying shifts, both evenings and weekends.

Additional Qualifications

• Education in gastronomy or previous experience in a restaurant kitchen.

• You are flexible, responsible, and have a genuine interest in food and service.

• You see opportunities in challenges, work structured under stress, and deliver consistent quality.

• You are confident in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and can make decisions when needed.
