We are now seeking an engaged and highly computer-savvy receptionist with a strong administrative flair. In this role, you will have a central function in the hotel's daily operations, responsible for bookings, invoicing, guest management, and ensuring that administrative flows run smoothly and correctly.

As a receptionist with us, you will work with:

• Booking and invoicing management
• Phone and email communication
• Administration in multiple systems simultaneously
• Guest service and ongoing case management
• Hotel bookings
• Restaurant bookings
• Event and wedding inquiries

The job requires you to quickly switch between different tasks, have good multitasking abilities, and enjoy managing many processes simultaneously.

• Very fast and comfortable with computers
• Used to working in multiple systems and learn new programs quickly
• Meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented
• Solution-oriented and stress-resistant
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling many tasks
• Comfortable with guest contact and service work

You enjoy lists, structure, and creating order – and have a natural drive to improve work methods and routines. For you, efficiency and quality are obvious parts of the job.
