About the Position

As a Personal Service Technician at Brandt, you will work with some of the most renowned brands in the automotive world - Volvo and Polestar.

You play a key role in the customer experience, from the first contact to completed service and payment.

You are responsible for troubleshooting, service, and customer contact – you are the customer's personal contact throughout the entire process. In our workshop, we work according to VPS, which means that two personal service technicians collaborate at each lift - shared responsibility for cars & customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, engaged, and always strives to deliver world-class service. You work in a structured manner, follow routines, and can easily adapt when plans change. You have a positive outlook, good teamwork skills, and always put the customer first. We prefer candidates with experience in modern automotive technology and a strong interest in vehicles.

Qualifications

• ✅ High school diploma - preferably in automotive technology
• ✅ Professional experience in car repair is required
• ✅ At least a B driver's license
• ✅ Good computer skills

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probationary period. Interviews are ongoing, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
