We are currently looking for an engaged nurse for home healthcare in Borlänge municipality. Here you will have a flexible and varied job where you meet patients in their homes and are part of our on-call operations. No day is the same – and you will be an important part of a competent team working for good and close care.
The nurses in home healthcare are organized under the health and medical care department within the social services administration, which also includes rehabilitation. We are a large group with high competence and diverse experiences, giving you the opportunity to develop and exchange knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want a flexible and varied job as a nurse?
As a patient-responsible nurse in home healthcare, you work in regular housing during the day and have on-call responsibility in the evenings and weekends. During on-call time, you are part of a team of four nurses who together are responsible for all patients in the municipality.
What does the role entail?
- A varied schedule with daytime, evenings, and weekends – no day is the same.
- You work closely with nursing staff, licensed personnel, and regional actors.
- You have great freedom to plan and prioritize your tasks based on patients' needs.
- You see the whole picture in patients' medical care and make important priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic requirements for the position
- License as a nurse
- Driver's license (B)
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

- Quickly change behavior to adapt to new circumstances.

Desirable qualifications
- Experience in municipal health and medical care
