As a patient-responsible nurse in home healthcare, you work in regular housing during the day and have on-call responsibility in the evenings and weekends. During on-call time, you are part of a team of four nurses who together are responsible for all patients in the municipality.

• A varied schedule with daytime, evenings, and weekends – no day is the same.
• You work closely with nursing staff, licensed personnel, and regional actors.
• You have great freedom to plan and prioritize your tasks based on patients' needs.
• You see the whole picture in patients' medical care and make important priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic requirements for the position

• License as a nurse
• Driver's license (B)
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
