You will have a rolling 6-week schedule with 2 weeks of night shifts and 4 weeks of day/evening shifts, as well as working every other weekend.
In your position with us, we offer:

- Extra vacation days when you turn 40 and 50 years old
- Assignments within your current position, such as supervisor and CPR instructor
We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis during the application period, so please send your application as soon as possible.
About you
You are a trained caregiver or nursing assistant or have an education that the employer deems equivalent. Previous work experience in psychiatry, treatment homes, or similar operations is an advantage.
The role requires that you have good collaboration skills, that you can be clear in your communication, and provide patients with a low-arousal approach.
You enjoy a varied job, are flexible in your working style, and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.
