Rehabilitation Position at Kalmar County Hospital

We offer you a responsible, varied, and independent job within Rehab South at Kalmar County Hospital.

Occupational therapy and physiotherapy are among our services. Here, you will work with patients who are hospitalized in wards with various disabilities/diagnosis groups and rehabilitation needs. You provide early and professional care through examinations, assessments, and treatments.

The neurological rehabilitation clinic is another of our services. Here, you will work with assessments, stroke rehabilitation, and other neurological rehabilitation in a medical ward. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

The working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. As a person, you have a positive attitude and always focus on the patient's best interests. You can work both independently and in a group. Experience in the field and similar tasks is an advantage. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Rehab South is tasked with offering citizens in southern Kalmar County rehabilitation services at both specialist and primary care levels. The unit is also responsible for the region's dietitian services in the southern part of the county and for the social work services at Kalmar County Hospital. Services should be provided in collaboration with other healthcare providers and the patient's social network when necessary. The goal is for our services to lead to maintained or improved health.

Kalmar County Hospital is one of three hospitals in Kalmar County. The hospital is an emergency hospital with specialist care, maternity care, and postnatal care.
