Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Strängnäs municipality with a total portfolio of approximately 288,000 sqm of premises and housing. We aim to be a good landlord for all our tenants and offer quality business premises and housing with a high level of service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a person who enjoys working outdoors, likes to see the results of your work, and enjoys creating beautiful and well-maintained outdoor environments? Then this could be the job for you!

We are now looking for seasonal workers in outdoor environments for our property companies. The position involves practical work in maintaining our green areas and outdoor environments around our properties.

Job Tasks

As a seasonal worker with us, you will work with ongoing garden and outdoor maintenance, such as:

• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Hedge trimming and pruning of bushes and trees
• Planting and maintenance of flower beds
• Weeding and general garden care
• Litter picking and cleaning of yards and walkways
• Basic maintenance and care of outdoor environments
• Using machines and hand tools as needed
• Supervisory work in environmental houses

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great importance on your personality and are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, responsible, and cooperative
• Self-sufficient and has a good work ethic
• Meticulous and enjoys leaving a neat result
• Accustomed to working physically and outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Manual B driver's license
• Experience in gardening or similar work
• Experience with machines such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools

Meritorious

• Education in gardening
• Training/qualification for brush cutters (RA)
• Experience driving vehicles with trailers
