About the position

As a nursing assistant at Gotlands Hemtjänster, you will provide individually tailored care to our customers in their homes. Your tasks will include personal care, medication management, support during meals, household chores, social interaction, and documentation. You play a vital role in creating security and quality of life for our customers, always focusing on respect and dignity.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant.
• Has a good ability to express themselves in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Shares our values and works with responsibility, respect, and quality in everything you do.
• Is empathetic, attentive, and has a genuine interest in helping others.
• Has good collaboration skills and thrives in an independent role.
• A driving license (B) is an advantage.

Additional information:

The position is a permanent employment with the possibility of both full-time and part-time. Start date is according to agreement.
