What we do is simple – we send people on vacation, and who doesn’t love that? But we couldn't do it without our homeowners, those who create the environment for the perfect holiday. In this role, you would work with a team to find new homeowners to join NOVASOL – part of Awaze AB.

We are Europe’s largest manager of holiday homes, with 110,000 units in over 600 destinations across 25 countries throughout the continent. Our vision is simple – to delight both owners and guests. The company operates more than 25 consumer brands, including Cottages.com, Novasol, and Hoseasons.
The Role
For this position, you need to be based in Gotland and hold a valid driving license without any marks.
This is a role for an ambitious, goal-oriented, and business-minded person with a passion for our service. You will actively contribute to Awaze's growth plans by recruiting new homes according to targets – monthly, quarterly, and annually. As an ambassador for Awaze, you will passionately sell the company and our brand to potential new homeowners and partners. You will also represent the company within the Swedish holiday industry and build strong, strategic relationships.
We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow regardless of previous experience. We don’t believe in standing still – we work in travel! Whether it’s a new analytical tool or an industry event, we will support your development.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for expanding our extensive portfolio by recruiting new homeowners. It is important that you build strong relationships based on trust and honesty to deliver excellent service. You should be professional in your approach and comfortable arranging site visits to encourage new homeowners to join us at Novasol.

Experience in leisure/travel is an advantage but not a requirement.

What Else You Need to Know
This role involves being out on the roads regularly, so you should feel comfortable with remote work. Travel to our offices across Sweden will also be required.
