About the role

In the role of salesperson with us, you will build strong relationships with investors, identify new business opportunities, and actively drive sales. You will work in a fast-paced environment with significant responsibility and will be offered a steep development curve. Together with you, we create success for exciting Swedish and international growth companies – you will become a key person in their journey. You will work closely with these companies and be part of creating new success stories.

Qualifications and desired profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial sales.
• Academic background: A completed university degree in economics or equivalent relevant education.
• Excellent social skills: You are a relationship builder with a strong drive to meet customers and collaborate with colleagues.
• Independence and teamwork skills: You can work effectively in a team while taking personal responsibility for driving your work towards set goals and requirements.
• Communication skills: You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Market knowledge: You continuously keep yourself updated on the stock market and current market trends. You have a good understanding of the stock market, the differences between various investment forms, and venture capital.
• Technical competence: Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems is a requirement.
