Your Role

Working as a nurse at Nyhälsan Healthcare Center means being an important part of a team where every interaction counts. You work closely with patients and build long-term relationships, where together we shape the care we would like to receive ourselves. The work includes reception duties, telephone advice, assessments, and follow-ups, which provides varied workdays. You are also involved in developing the operations and contribute with your experience and holistic perspective.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a licensed nurse who shares the vision of primary care based on both competence and humanity. You have an interest in general medicine and a broad generalist perspective. You thrive in your profession and work confidently both independently and together with colleagues. You contribute to a good work environment and appreciate a setting where everyone helps and supports each other.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Education as a district nurse
• Relevant specialist education, such as asthma/COPD or diabetes
• Experience working in primary care

Bräcke Healthcare Center Nyhälsan and Forserum Branch

Nyhälsan is responsible for the care of approximately 8000 patients, of which about 2000 have Forserum as their primary healthcare provider. The branch is characterized by small scale, high continuity in patient meetings, and good internal collaboration. This creates an environment where you quickly get to know both patients and colleagues, and where personal contact makes a real difference. In Nässjö, we have a full-scale healthcare center, and this is where most of your service will take place.
