Are you flexible and enjoy variety? Here, work hours, tasks, and teams can vary from day to day. With us in the flexible unit within the care and social services department, you will be one of about 45 employees. Although you rarely work together, you are part of a workgroup with joint meetings, training, and planning days, fostering good cohesion.
We have common goals for the organization and value meeting and exchanging experiences with each other. We have a shared flexible office where there is also the opportunity to rest between shifts if you have a long way home or need to manage administrative tasks in peace.
We prefer that you can work across all areas of care and support.
You can work in:
- home care
- special housing
- group housing
- service housing
- social psychiatry
- personal assistance
As a flexible employed care assistant, you primarily cover planned and unplanned short-term absences. You can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends, and you plan your own schedule by making yourself available for work.
The idea is that your schedule, as much as possible, should resemble a regular schedule for care and support staff. The staffing unit, BE, will book you for shifts and move you quickly at short notice if needed. It is BE that determines where you will work, based on the organization’s needs and the workplaces you are linked to.
The position is initially at 80 percent with the possibility to adjust the employment rate after the introduction period. You also have the opportunity for flexible hours ranging from -20 to 80 hours.
The position suits you if you have experience in care and support professions and want the opportunity to control your time and work in many different areas. To fit in the role, you need to be a flexible and self-driven person who is used to taking significant personal responsibility. When you work with us, you represent the good reputation of the entire flexible organization.
We want you, as our employee, to feel good both at work and outside of work. Therefore, you have access to wellness grants, free swimming, and discounts on massages. Read more about our benefits. (https://vetlanda.se/formaner (https://vetlanda.se/formaner))
