Sävsjö Municipality is a small municipality where there are great opportunities to grow. We are now looking for nurses for temporary positions as we have employees going on parental leave. The work is within home healthcare, which consists of 4 teams. 2 of the teams are based at Göransgården in Vrigstad and 2 teams are based in facilities in Sävsjö. There is close cooperation between the teams.

If you can only work for a short period, e.g., over the summer, and if you do not want to work full-time, you are still warmly welcome to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in Sävsjö Municipality's home healthcare, you will have a varied and developing job and will have the privilege of personal meetings with patients in their home environment, both in regular and special housing. You will independently plan your work shifts in the team you work with. The job also involves performing advanced care at home, and the tasks include medication management, various medical technical tasks, assessments, and palliative care. Guidance to patients, relatives, and healthcare staff is a significant part of the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with a specialization as a district nurse or in elderly care.

As a person, you are organized, responsible, methodical, and thorough in your way of thinking and working. You find it easy to plan and have a good order in things. You simply enjoy having a plan and executing it while meeting deadlines.
