JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant at Sörgården, you will have stimulating and varied tasks. Your mission is to create conditions for our residents to thrive and have a rich and secure everyday life.

As a nursing assistant, you are expected to administer medication and perform delegated health and medical care tasks. You will work with residents who have a wide range of needs. The tasks also include documentation and case management.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a completed care program or equivalent, and preferably has work experience in care and support with experience/training in dementia.

As a person, you are responsible and professional in your approach. You have a genuine interest in working with people and are good at building relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues.

You are flexible, innovative, and want to develop both yourself and the organization. We would like you to have experience with Combine and Time Care. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Keep in mind that nursing assistant is a protected job title from July 1, 2023, and that you as an applicant have applied for and received your certificate that you have the right to use the protected job title, alternatively, you have a permanent position as a nursing assistant in another organization.
