A family living in Östermalm with two 7-year-old children is looking for a reliable, driven, and warm Nanny & Family Manager for a long-term full-time position. The role is varied and suits someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and an active family lifestyle—both in Stockholm and while traveling. Your day-to-day work will have a clear focus on the children, but it also includes household management and planning.

The children live with each parent every other week, and you will work most of your hours during the weeks when the children are with them, and significantly fewer hours during the weeks when they are not.

The family has three homes: an apartment in Östermalm, a summer house outside Stockholm, and a house in Spain, and you should be able to work at all three locations.

Your responsibilities:

• School pick-ups & activities: Driving to/from school and extracurricular activities
• Household management: Keeping the home clean and organized; laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, and errands
• Cooking: Preparing breakfast, snacks, and simple dinners
• Evening care: Occasionally staying with the children in the evenings when the parents are away
• Travel support: Assisting with travel and ensuring everything runs smoothly before/during stays

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in childcare and household work (2+ years is a plus)
• A valid driver’s license and confidence driving both in Sweden and abroad
• The ability to work independently, be proactive, and take initiative
• Fluent Swedish or English
• High reliability and integrity
