About the role
As a buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing and procurement of contracts within larger construction and housing projects. You will work closely with the project organization and be involved in the entire purchasing process, from the early calculation phase to procurement, contracts, and follow-up.

You will work systematically with the company's purchasing templates and routines, which are continuously developed together with the organization, and you will have close collaboration with both project management and internal resources.

You will be based at the office in Uppsala.
 

Your responsibilities include:

• Being an important part of projects involving renovations and new constructions, where you work concurrently on several ongoing projects.
• Responsible for procurement of contracts and materials.
• Support in the development of framework agreements and purchasing templates.
• Participate in the work of the calculation department with inquiries and bids.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in construction or equivalent experience from a construction company
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing within construction (new production and renovation)
• Knowledge of procurement according to AB, ABT, and ABM as well as a good understanding of AMA
• Experience in purchasing and cost follow-up on incoming projects
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have training in contract law and knowledge of AMA AF Consultant and AMA AF Purchase.
