We are looking for nursing assistants/caregivers for summer temporary positions in care homes, home care, and LSS (Support for Functioning) activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, your responsibilities include providing a good quality of life for our clients based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks and being able to contribute with social support and guidance.

Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry will be performed. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge/experience in using digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system.

Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the operation and your preferences. Our operations run 24/7.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nursing assistant education or other training/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. We are looking for someone who is a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic abilities. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate.

A B driver's license is required for home care and night shifts.
