RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Psychologist/Behavioral Scientist, you will, among other things, work with:

Supervision of individuals and groups
Group development
Conflict management and management support
Support conversations and crisis support
Organizational and psychosocial working environment issues
Surveys/investigations
Participation in work capacity assessments
Training and education

QUALIFICATIONS

The position/role will be adapted based on your educational background and work experience. We welcome applications from both psychologists and behavioral scientists. To be qualified for the position, you need to have:

You are a licensed psychologist, or alternatively have another adequate behavioral science education at least at the bachelor's level. You may, for example, have a background as a social worker or psychotherapist, etc.
Good computer skills, as well as interest and preferably experience in digital tools and working with online-based methods
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
A driver's license with category B is required for the position

Confident in your professional role, structured, and works systematically with analysis, implementation, and follow-up
Proactive and sees the connection between the individual, group, and organization, with the ability to translate this into effective measures in relation to the client
Communicative and relationship-building with a keen ear for the client's needs

Flexible and responsible, and ready to take on challenges
