We are seeking dedicated care stars who want to make a difference in support, service, healthcare, and elderly care in Råneå! As a temporary staff member, you will be booked through our temporary staffing system, Time Care Pool (TCP), and can choose your own working hours. A minimum of two days per week is desirable, but there are also opportunities for longer-term temporary assignments on a schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a short-term substitute, you will replace regular staff during absences and work where the need is greatest. This means you may be placed in one or several of our operations.
The tasks are varied, and you will primarily work to provide service, support, and care for people who cannot manage independently in their daily lives and living situations. A large part of the assignment involves doing activities together with the people you are there for. All work is based on the individual's needs and wishes. You will thus work with personal care, mobilization and transfer, social support, and medication management. Documentation is also an important task, and you are responsible for documenting in the user's journal according to the Social Services Act.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply should be genuinely interested in working with people. In addition to this, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have good digital competence
- Be able to show grades in Swedish equivalent to grade 9
It is an asset if you are educated as a nursing assistant/support assistant and if you have previous experience from care and nursing homes, home care, personal assistance, group housing, social psychiatry, hospitals, or other relevant healthcare operations.
As a person, you should be good at collaborating, building relationships, and finding quick solutions to problems. We place great importance on personal competencies.
