We are looking for care stars who want to make a difference within support, service, healthcare, and social care! As a substitute, you are booked via our substitute management system Time Care Pool (TCP) and choose yourself when you want to work. A minimum of two days a week is desirable, but there is also the possibility of longer substitute assignments on a schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a short-term substitute, you replace regular staff during absences and work where the need is greatest. This means that you may be placed in one or more of our operations. Currently, we have the greatest need within home care and group and support housing.

The tasks are varied, and you will primarily work to provide service, support, and care for people who cannot manage independently in their daily lives and living situation. A large part of the assignment involves doing activities together with the people you are there for. All work is based on the individual's needs and wishes. You will thus work with personal care, mobilization and transfer, social support, and medication management. Documentation is also an important task, and you are responsible for documenting in the user's journal according to the Social Services Act.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply should be genuinely interested in working with people. In addition to this, you should:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have good digital competence
• Be able to show grades in Swedish equivalent to grade 9
• Have previous experience from work within healthcare and care housing, home care, personal assistance, group housing, social psychiatry, hospital, or other relevant healthcare operations.

It is a merit if you are educated as a nurse assistant/support assistant.

As a person, you should be good at collaborating, building relationships, and finding quick solutions to problems. We place great importance on personal competencies.
