Job Responsibilities:

The facility serves individuals aged 65 and older living in their own homes, as well as their relatives. The unit operates as a short-term care facility. Following a decision by the Social Services Case Manager, relatives may leave their spouse for respite care or alternating care. The unit also receives individuals where the Case Manager requires documentation and assessment of activity capacity/care needs prior to a decision. The nurse is part of the Assessment Team and collaborates closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. Work may take place inside the facility or outside within the regular housing units alongside the team.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse (Sjuksköterska)
• C1 level Swedish
• Class B Driver's License

Merits:

• Experience working within Social Services and/or short-term care facilities
