Logistics Coordinator for Pharmaceutical Company in Solna

The workplace is located in Solna with excellent commuting options.

About the Position

As a logistics coordinator, you will be an important part of the production process, responsible for ensuring that the right clothing and equipment are in place for smooth operations. You will also work with inventory, registration of stock balances, and other tasks related to material flow.

This is an active and mobile role where you will spend a large part of the day standing and walking, so you thrive best in a job that keeps you moving. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks and work systematically even when the pace is high.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ordering and managing clothing and equipment for production
• Inventory and updating stock balances in relevant systems
• Ongoing collaboration with colleagues in production and other departments
• Ensuring good order and structure in logistics

Who Are You?

• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Have good computer and system skills
• Have previous experience working in warehousing or production
• Have a completed high school diploma

The work is Monday to Friday during the day. This is also a temporary position for parental leave.
