Loomis is currently in a growth phase and is seeking an experienced freight forwarder for a central role focused on developing the business area for valuable transports.

About the role
As a Freight Forwarder/Transport Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the transport of valuable goods – both nationally and internationally. The role entails overall responsibility for transport flows, documentation, and compliance with regulations. You will be a key person in our security-classified logistics operations and work closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Your responsibilities include
Planning, optimizing, and coordinating transports (road, rail, sea, air)
Ensuring that all transports comply with international regulations (ADR, IMDG, CMR)
Handling customs and freight documentation, permits, and labeling of goods
Coordination between various carriers and suppliers
Monitoring, risk analysis, and quality assurance of transport flows
Documentation and reporting according to Loomis internal procedures and applicable legislation

We are looking for someone who has
At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or transport management, preferably within security-classified transports
Good knowledge of international transport regulations (ADR, IMDG, CMR) and customs handling
Very good system skills, especially in transport management systems and MS Office (Excel)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written – additional languages are highly meritorious
Post-secondary education in logistics/freight forwarding is strongly meritorious
