Job Responsibilities

As a warehouse employee, you are an important part of the operation where you ensure quality and contribute to the customer feeling secure with the product. You are responsible for inventory management, material flows, inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as handling equipment and systems. You also perform basic maintenance and document your ongoing work tasks. Follow-up and problem-solving are supported by Lean tools. The work involves preparations for new flows, monitoring ongoing activities, and concluding actions such as inventory and cleaning.

All work is standardized and involves active work with continuous improvements. The work is carried out according to written instructions (SOP) and follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

The company operates around the clock and the work is done in shifts.

Your Profile

You who are applying possess the following:

High school diploma or relevant work experience. (experience from warehouse and logistics)
Studies at Mälardalen Technical High School, MTG, are an advantage.
At least two years of work experience is desirable. Preferably within warehouse and logistics, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirement for very good knowledge in both spoken, written, and reading comprehension in the Swedish language. (A test will be conducted)
Requirement to be able to work all types of shifts
Experience in documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, accustomed to working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview)
Documented good system skills, e.g., SAP or equivalent is an advantage
Experience with GMP and LEAN is an advantage.
Requirement for a forklift license and preferably experience in forklift driving
