Do you want to work closely with production and be a key person in ensuring that the right materials come in at the right time and in the right condition? We are looking for a Receiving Inspector who wants to contribute
to quality, structure, and efficient material flows in a logistics team with great drive.
As a Receiving Inspector, you are the first contact for all incoming materials. You are responsible for ensuring that reception, inspection, and registration are carried out correctly and according to our procedures.
The role involves varied work with practical, administrative, and coordinating tasks. You collaborate daily with logistics, purchasing, production, and quality, and

  • Register and manage materials in the business system, including labeling, storage, and inventory transfers.
  • Identify and document deviations and inform relevant functions.
  • Support purchasing in investigating deviations and complaints against suppliers.
  • Contribute to improving routines and working methods within reception, warehousing, and material flow.
  • Collaborate closely with production technology, quality, production, and purchasing to ensure good delivery precision and correct material status.
The role suits you who want to combine structure, quality thinking, and logistics in your daily work.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in receiving inspection, logistics, warehousing, or another material-related role.
  • Enjoys working orderly and systematically, both practically and administratively.
  • Has good technical understanding and can read simple drawings, specifications, or delivery documents.
  • Has experience with business systems and is comfortable working with registration and documentation.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well with different functions.
  • Masters Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

  • Experience from quality-focused, regulated, or industrial production (e.g., medical technology/ISO 13485).
  • Experience in deviation management or improvement work within logistics or quality.
  • Interest in developing routines, creating order, and streamlining flows.

Personal Qualities

We believe you are a person who:

  • Is meticulous, responsible, and has a good sense of order.
  • Likes structure, traceability, and documentation.
  • Takes initiative and works independently, while also being an unpretentious team player.
  • Enjoys a job where you are both hands-on operational and quality-conscious.

Education

  • High school education, preferably with a focus on technology, industry, or logistics.
  • Post-secondary education in logistics, production, or similar is meritorious –
or equivalent competence acquired through relevant work experience.
