Tegnérs Bakery is a craft bakery with a café, where we offer freshly baked bread, pastries, coffee, and food every day in an environment that feels pleasant, thoughtful, and welcoming. We value quality in both our products and service, and we work closely together to ensure smooth daily operations.

We are now looking for an experienced barista for weekend work at our location in Ekerö. This role is suitable for you who enjoy café work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to contribute to a great weekend experience for both guests and colleagues.

About the Position

The position involves weekend work every other or every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday), with shifts from opening to closing.

The employment is extra as needed, with the possibility of more shifts for the right person over time.

You will be an important part of the team during our busiest days and need to enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Work at the cash register and in service
• Make high-quality coffee and espresso
• Keep the serving area, dishes, and guest areas clean and tidy
• Restock and display products in the showcase
• Assist with simpler tasks in the cold kitchen as needed
• Contribute to a smooth workflow throughout the day

• Weekend work every other or every third weekend
• Saturday and Sunday
• Shifts from opening to closing
• Extra as needed, with the possibility of more shifts for the right person

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar service work
• Is comfortable with the cash register and espresso machine
• Has a good demeanor and enjoys working with people
• Takes responsibility and can maintain pace when needed
• Thrives in a team but can also work independently
• Has good Swedish, English is a plus
• Lives close enough to easily commute to the workplace in Ekerö
