Property Caretaker/Property Technician at Skurupshem AB

Skurup Municipality has around 17,000 inhabitants and is beautifully situated on the southern coast of Skåne, with excellent communications to Malmö, Ystad, Lund, and Copenhagen. In our municipality, residents enjoy tranquility with the city at their doorstep. The local business community is thriving, and the influx of new residents is increasing.

Skurupshem AB is a public utility property company with roots in the Skåne soil. The company owns and manages approximately 850 residential properties, as well as preschools and group homes in Skurup, Skivarp, Rydsgård, Abbekås, and Slimminge.

Skurupshem also has a management assignment for community properties (schools, preschools, elderly homes, sports halls, swimming pools) belonging to Skurup Municipality and Skurup Kommunala AB, covering about 100,000 square meters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a property caretaker/property technician to join our team. The position involves being responsible for a number of properties where you handle incoming reports of issues from tenants/businesses. Please note that the position does not include green space maintenance.

Working hours are scheduled between 7 AM and 4 PM, Monday to Friday. On-call duty is included in the position.

Job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Supervision and maintenance of properties
• Repair, service, and maintenance
• Patrolling properties
• Facility caretaker for fire alarm systems
• Acting as an orderer
• Driving smaller projects within your area of responsibility

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in property maintenance, knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, who has worked with and is comfortable using property technical systems, and who is used to working independently and responsibly. A driver's license (category B) with a manual transmission is required.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Bas2 and Vitec Technical Management, as well as knowledge of construction/installation.
