Experience in the operation and maintenance of specialized properties is a requirement, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You are also comfortable working in various support systems, such as case management systems, reporting tools, and planning tools.

It is advantageous if you have experience in the operation of laboratory premises and laboratory equipment or equivalent, as well as in ordering and following up on property-related services. To succeed in this role, you are responsible, collaborative, and adaptable. You handle changes and new ideas positively and enjoy working in a team where you share knowledge and strengthen the group's capabilities. You are solution-oriented, safety-conscious, and carefully follow routines and guidelines.

You make quick, clear decisions and take responsibility for ensuring that activities are carried out efficiently and according to plan.
