We are looking for someone who wants to work as a health care assistant (HSL-undersköterska) with us this summer!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main tasks consist of health and medical care with extended delegated efforts. Together with the working nurse, you will plan the day's work. Common tasks include sampling, dressing changes (including advanced), guidance and support to nursing staff, handling of medications, and other administrative tasks that can relieve our nurses.

You will document according to applicable legislation.

You will be based in Förslöv or Båstad.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with some form of specialist training and have experience working in home care or equivalent, with at least 6 months of experience in the profession as a nursing assistant.

We place great emphasis on experience and personal suitability, flexibility, and the ability to overview and prioritize in stressful situations. You can work both independently and in a team, be able to assess and make decisions. You should have a positive mindset and be able to see solutions, as well as have a genuine interest in actively participating in the development of care within the municipality.

A driver's license is a requirement.
