Brasserie Hötorget

At Brasserie Hötorget, we have created an environment where an open kitchen with guests seated around it and a large impressive bar is the focal point of the venue. Along the windows, we have our dining area, dominated by sofas in various color schemes, and the flooring shifts between carpet, wood, and stone. Just like in our other neighborhood restaurants, we fill the venue with various fixtures hanging from the ceiling, mounted on the walls, and integrated into the carpentry.

About the position - you will be responsible for:

The operation of the restaurant when the restaurant manager is not present

Shift planning for day and evening

Planning of bookings

Answering phone calls and emails

Maintaining the company's routines and policies

Training new employees
