Experienced property caretaker wanted for large residential portfolio

We are now looking for an experienced property caretaker for one of our clients' larger residential portfolios. Are you practical, service-oriented, and enjoy independent responsibility? Then this could be the right assignment for you.

About the role

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the properties. The work is varied and includes both practical and administrative tasks, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and good service towards tenants.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of properties
• Handling repair requests and minor repairs
• Contact with tenants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring order, comfort, and safety in and around the properties
• Inspections and assessments

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as a property caretaker or in a similar role
• Has good technical understanding and practical experience
• Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
• Can work independently and plan your work effectively
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
