Team Leader for the Material Group

About the Role

As a Team Leader within the Material Group, you will hold a key position to ensure that our internal logistics flow operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading and distributing tasks within the group, which means you will monitor both productivity and quality in daily operations. Your ability to create a clear structure and order will be crucial in supporting employees so that they have the best conditions to succeed. In this role, you will actively work on developing the department's work processes and driving improvements that benefit the entire production.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Team Leader, we would like you to have:

• Experience in leading personnel or work teams.
• Previously conducted improvement work or driven development initiatives.
• Familiarity with business systems, where knowledge of M3 is an advantage.

You are organized, proactive, and have the ability to combine operational work with strategic development. Your passion for leading others and creating a positive work environment will be a great asset for us. Responsibilities

In your role as Team Leader, you will have a broad area of responsibility, and your tasks will include:

• Developing and ensuring structures for the group's work.
• Working with material lists and other department-specific documentation.

• Monitoring and reporting productivity and quality in daily operations.
• Supporting employees and ensuring their development and well-being.
