About the position

We are seeking an engaged and experienced measurement technician who is ready to take on a challenging and stimulating role within a large organization. As a measurement technician, you will play a central role in the production team, where you will lead and inspire your colleagues to ensure that products are delivered with the highest precision and quality. You will be responsible for performing accurate measurements and analyzing measurement data to identify potential areas for improvement.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems. You need to be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have experience in handling and calibrating measuring instruments. Good knowledge of Monitor, Office Suite (especially Excel), and quality management systems is important for organizing and analyzing data effectively. We prefer that you have 2-4 years of industry experience to quickly adapt and succeed in your role.

Meritorious

Previous work with continuous improvements and production quality is meritorious. Knowledge of advanced measuring tools such as CMM, surface roughness, and contour measuring devices is desirable for high product quality. Experience in product quality assessment and production release is also meritorious. Your expertise is key to our pursuit of excellence.
