Jönköping is growing and expanding. As part of meeting demand and the continued development of the city, the transformation in Södra Munksjön is a strategically important mission. The area is 300 hectares large and will be developed into an attractive housing area for 25,000 people, large spaces for offices, shops, and other commercial activities, as well as a future station area for a new railway line. We are also developing the large and expanding logistics and industrial area Logpoint South Sweden. The excellent geographical location means that the demand for industrial land for business establishments is high in Jönköping, and our mission at Logpoint is to find new opportunities for expansion, service offerings, and transportation.

We have a property portfolio that is expanding as we develop the city, and to manage this, we are now looking for a property manager. You need to be the one who sometimes handles repairs yourself but can also manage simpler procurements, calculations, and follow up on completed contractor work. Additionally, you will handle lease agreements and, of course, maintain a good dialogue with our tenants.

What does the job entail? In the role of property manager, you are hands-on and perform simpler installations/renovation work on your own, responsible for conducting operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the properties' technical systems. This means that in your daily work, you ensure that these systems function according to our requirements as property owners and according to tenants' expectations. Our property portfolio consists solely of commercial properties.

Our property manager is someone who masters the basics of tenancy law, manages lease agreements, simpler procurements according to LOU, drives building permit processes, tenant adaptations, and follows up on completed contractor work. This also includes budget responsibility.

You will also have ongoing contact with our tenants, lead and implement, with the help of contractors, tenant adaptations, and also perform simpler calculations. You need to follow up on actions as well as plan and calculate maintenance measures.

But above all, you are our tenants' obvious contact in matters regarding their lease both in terms of technology and economy. A day at work for you involves some desk work, but most of the time spent out among our tenants.
