About Us

Trollhättan City, Service Administration, is now looking for two custodians.

The administration has two offices, the Meal and Cleaning Office and the Production and Service Office. The mission of the Meal and Cleaning Office is to ensure that the core operations' needs for meals and cleaning for children, students, users, and employees in the city's facilities are met. The Production and Service Office's mission is to provide services to Trollhättan City's administrations and municipally owned companies in technical operations and property management.

Your Mission

As a custodian with us, you will have a broad and meaningful work area where you contribute daily to enabling core operations to do their job. As a custodian, you will be responsible for the maintenance of facilities, mail and package handling, and some maintenance of properties, as well as tasks related to the operations, which consist of fixed assignments and additional work orders based on the needs of the operations.

We believe you are a person who enjoys practical work, creating structure, and finding smart solutions. You are helpful, professional in your interactions and actions, positive, and thrive in a role where you meet many people every day. You preferably have experience in custodial work, service, logistics, or similar roles.

Qualifications

• High school education or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer, where high school education in construction and civil engineering is advantageous.
• Experience in custodial work or similar tasks is advantageous.
• Driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to plan and organize daily work.
• Technical understanding and practical skills.
• You can work in digital operational systems.
• Good communication skills where you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
