Topbostäder is expanding and is now looking for more skilled employees in our property management.

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing high-quality service and comes with a strong commitment to helping Topbostäder's customers and contributing to well-maintained and pleasant residential areas.

Your main responsibilities:

Internal and external supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

Examples of tasks include:

o Ongoing supervision, maintenance, and rounds

o Snow removal, ice prevention, and sweeping.

o Handling of reported issues

o Rounds, meter readings, and repairs

You have a B driver's license. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and responsible. You are practically inclined and have good social skills and a service-oriented work approach.

The position is full-time during the day and is a permanent employment. We apply a probationary period.
